Start with the project enquiry and share the essentials. We review the business, goals, use-cases and references, then clarify scope, timing, price and communication before design work begins. Once the agreed scope and initial payment are confirmed, the project is onboarded and development starts.

Clear scope first. Fewer surprises later.
Commercial clarity. Normal pricing, payment timing and added scope are confirmed before the relevant work proceeds.
Legal clarity. “Copyright-ready” supports a registration workflow; it does not promise copyright or trademark approval.
Communication clarity. Project channels, meetings and delivery expectations are agreed before they become assumptions.
Getting started
Send the business name, what the business does, preferred logo direction if you have one, where the logo will be used, any must-keep details, and useful references. You do not need a perfect brief; we can clarify the rest during scope discussion.
Yes. If you are unsure whether you need a 3D/dimensional logo, wordmark, mascot/character mark, combination identity, symbol/brand mark or a logo revamp, we can recommend a direction after understanding the business and intended use.
Our core logo work is custom and built around the specific business, use-case and approved scope. We do not position template-first or automated logo generation as a substitute for a custom identity project.
We are best suited to businesses that want custom logo design, 3D/dimensional identity work, mascot or character logos, wordmarks, logo revamps, brand-identity direction, selected packaging/brand applications, logo animation or video-editing work within our demonstrated specialization.
No. We prefer to stay close to work we can support with real experience and process. If a request sits outside our core specialization, we may decline it or suggest a more suitable specialist rather than make a promise we cannot support.
Design & process
Yes. Relevant development stages may be shared during the project so you can review direction before the final handover. The exact presentation depends on project scope and the kind of identity being developed.
Yes, where the project needs both. A dimensional presentation can be developed while also preparing practical versions for normal brand use. The exact deliverables are confirmed during scope.
Yes. We can refresh, simplify, modernize or rebuild an existing identity where that is the agreed project direction. We first identify what should be retained, what is no longer working and how the logo needs to perform after the redesign.
We can prepare appropriate logo files and variations for the agreed use-cases. Requirements differ by project, so web, social, print, packaging and application needs should be identified before final delivery.
Yes. Logo animation is part of our core specialization. Animation begins from an approved identity, then timing, reveal and movement are developed so the motion supports recognition rather than hiding the logo behind an effect.
Yes, selected video-editing work is part of our core specialization. The exact editing scope, footage, deliverables, aspect ratios and timeline are discussed before the project is accepted.
Pricing & payment
Custom logo projects typically start from US$250+. Final price depends on scope, complexity, deliverables, timing and any additional work agreed before or during the project.
A standard logo project is typically around 3-5 days after an order or project is accepted. 3D, dimensional or more complex work is typically around 5-10 days. Timing remains subject to scope, feedback and client communication.
For eligible logo projects, fast delivery may be available for an additional US$50 where feasible. It is not available during festival or occasional promotional offers. Availability is confirmed before accepting the expedited timeline.
PayPal is our priority payment method for project payments. If another method is more suitable, we discuss the available option during project scope before payment is requested.
Yes. Indian clients can pay by UPI where applicable. The payment details and amount are confirmed during project scope before payment is made.
Payment timing depends on the agreed project scope. The initial payment requirement is confirmed before design work begins, and any remaining payment requirement is confirmed before final release of the agreed deliverables.
No. An eligible first-time offer applies only to the first logo covered by that introductory offer. A second or third logo is treated separately under the regular project scope and pricing unless another written offer is active.
No. Occasional or festival offers are limited promotional offers when active. They do not replace the normal custom-project value or become the default price for future work.
Revisions & scope
Revision rounds and what counts as a revision are confirmed in the project scope. Feedback should relate to the agreed direction. New concepts, new applications or substantial new requirements may be treated as additional scope.
If new requirements materially change the original scope, we confirm the additional work, timing and any price impact before proceeding. This prevents hidden assumptions and keeps both sides clear about what has changed.
Timelines can extend when additional work is added, feedback is delayed, project direction changes, required content is missing or the agreed scope becomes more complex. We aim to communicate the impact before continuing.
A major change after approval is possible, but it may become a new concept or additional scope rather than a normal revision. We confirm the effect on price and timing before restarting the direction.
Delivery & ownership
The final file set depends on the agreed scope and intended use. A professional handover may include suitable vector and raster files, approved logo variations and relevant supporting information. Exact formats are confirmed for the project.
Yes, where vector delivery is part of the agreed project. Vector files are useful for scalable print, production and future brand applications without relying only on a fixed-size image.
Where typography is relevant to the approved identity, we can provide the agreed font or typography information and licensing notes available to us. Third-party fonts remain subject to their own licence terms.
Final agreed files are prepared for release after the project is completed, final approval is confirmed and any outstanding agreed payment has been cleared.
Rights and handover apply to the final approved work according to the agreed project scope and applicable terms after required payment is completed. Third-party fonts, stock assets or other licensed materials, if any are used and disclosed, remain subject to their own licences.
We may showcase selected completed work as part of our portfolio or studio presentation where appropriate. If you provide appreciation or a testimonial to our design team, we may also feature the work as recognition of the collaboration, subject to any confidentiality or written restriction agreed with you.
Legal & registration
It means the delivery can include clean professional files, relevant typography/licensing information and documentation assistance suitable for a formal registration workflow. It does not mean that copyright registration, trademark registration or legal acceptance is guaranteed.
No. We do not guarantee copyright registration, trademark registration, approval, clearance or any legal outcome. Registration decisions are made by the relevant authority, and legal advice should come from a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
We can design with distinctiveness and practical brand use in mind, but we do not provide legal clearance. A trademark search, conflict analysis, registrability opinion or legal clearance should be handled by an appropriate trademark or legal professional.
We can prepare the agreed professional files and supporting design information for use in a registration workflow. The legal filing, classification, search strategy, eligibility and acceptance remain outside our design guarantee.
No. We do not intentionally reproduce another brand identity or copyrighted artwork as your final custom logo. References can help communicate style or direction, but the final work should be developed as its own identity.
You should only provide materials you are entitled to use. If third-party material is required, its licence and permitted use must be respected. We may ask for an alternative if the rights or usage basis is unclear.
Yes. The applicable website terms and project-specific written scope work together. Please review the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment or project confirmation, and ask us if anything is unclear.
No. These FAQs explain common studio practices. Your written project scope, confirmed commercial terms, applicable policies and any specific written agreement control the details of your project.
Meetings & communication
Project enquiries can begin through the website form, email or official WhatsApp. WhatsApp is useful for quick project discussion, while email is suitable for formal written confirmations. Scheduled calls can follow the initial discussion when useful.
Yes. When an online meeting is useful, the first scheduled audio or video meeting can be arranged without a meeting fee. The project itself is not considered accepted until scope and payment requirements are confirmed.
The second and later scheduled audio or video meetings are paid meetings. The meeting fee, purpose, expected duration and timing are confirmed with you before the meeting is booked.
Yes, but only in India and in Chandigarh, subject to availability and written confirmation. The client must agree to pay the approved meetup-related costs in advance, including the agreed stay, food and drinks. The meeting place is decided by us and confirmed in writing through official email or official WhatsApp before travel or attendance.
We arrange an online audio or video meeting instead. This is the normal option for clients who are far from Chandigarh or outside India. The first scheduled online meeting can be free; the second and later scheduled meetings are paid and confirmed before booking.
It is better to send the essentials first so the conversation is useful. We normally review the enquiry before scheduling a call, especially when scope, deliverables, timing or pricing need to be discussed.
We normally aim to reply within 24 business hours on Monday-Friday working days in India Standard Time. Complex enquiries may take longer if we need to review files or project requirements first.
Privacy & support
We request only the information reasonably needed to understand and respond to the project enquiry, such as your contact details, business/project information and any files you choose to provide. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information.
It is used to review, respond to and manage the enquiry or project according to the stated purpose and the Privacy Policy. Marketing updates are optional and are not required to submit a normal project enquiry.
Yes. Promotional WhatsApp updates are optional. You can reply STOP to withdraw from those updates. Project communication and promotional subscription are treated separately.
You can review the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy from the Resources section in the website footer. If a project-specific point is unclear, ask us before you pay or approve the project.
Use the project enquiry form for a detailed project question or official WhatsApp for a quick question. If the issue concerns an existing project, include enough context for us to identify the project without posting confidential information publicly.
Still have a project-specific question?
Try a shorter search, or send the question with your project enquiry so we can answer it in context.
Ask with your enquiry →FAQ answers explain studio practice, not legal advice.
Project-specific written scope, confirmed commercial terms and applicable website policies control the details of an accepted project. Copyright, trademark and registration questions that require legal advice should be reviewed with a qualified professional in the relevant jurisdiction.
If your question is answered, the next step is simple.
Send the essentials. We will review the project, clarify what still matters and confirm the next step before design work begins.
