1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This policy applies to 3dlogomaker.com and the website features that link to it. The site is available to visitors worldwide, so privacy rights and legal requirements may differ depending on where you live.

Where a local law gives you additional rights or imposes additional requirements, we aim to apply those requirements to the relevant processing. Third-party websites and services linked from this site operate under their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

Information you choose to provide

  • Name, email address, phone number, business details, project information, messages and files that you submit through the project enquiry process.
  • Country code and phone number when you voluntarily subscribe to optional WhatsApp updates.
  • Information you send through email, WhatsApp or another communication channel that you choose to use.

Technical, usage and measurement information

When the relevant consent is available, analytics and advertising tools may process information such as page views, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network data, referring source, campaign information, link interactions, form-related events, scroll or engagement information, and identifiers used for measurement or advertising.

Microsoft Clarity may also process interaction and diagnostic information used for heatmaps, session playback and usability analysis. Privacy-sensitive form content should remain masked and is not intentionally sent to Clarity.

Analytics events are designed to avoid contact details.

Our GTM event design tracks actions such as project-form completion, WhatsApp clicks, successful WhatsApp-subscription completion and email-link clicks without intentionally sending phone numbers, email addresses, message text or uploaded files as analytics event parameters.

Security and anti-abuse information

The Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical and security signals needed to provide that protection.

3. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you submit an enquiry, subscribe to optional WhatsApp updates, send a message, or provide files or project details.
  • Automatically through website infrastructure when technical processing is needed to deliver pages, preserve a setting you selected, maintain security, or diagnose errors.
  • Through analytics and advertising technologies when those tools are enabled under the consent choices that apply to you.
  • Through service providers that support hosting, security, measurement, advertising or communications.

4. How We Use Information

  • Review and respond to project enquiries and take requested pre-contract or project steps.
  • Provide design, branding, educational or related services that you request.
  • Send optional WhatsApp promotional updates only where you have subscribed to them.
  • Measure site performance, understand which pages and calls-to-action are useful, compare performance over time, and improve website usability.
  • Measure advertising and campaign performance, attribute conversions and support remarketing where advertising consent permits it.
  • Protect forms and website infrastructure from abuse, spam, fraud and security incidents.
  • Maintain appropriate business, accounting, legal and compliance records.

6. Cookies, Consent and Tag Management

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) as the central deployment layer for site measurement and advertising tags. GTM itself is a tag-management mechanism; the privacy effect depends on the individual technologies deployed through it.

Our intended live configuration applies a worldwide consent baseline. Non-essential analytics and advertising storage is denied by default until a visitor makes a choice. Necessary functionality and security tools may operate without optional analytics or advertising consent where they are required to provide a requested feature or protect the site.

Google Consent Mode signals are used for Google technologies. When analytics or advertising consent is denied, Google tags are instructed not to use the corresponding storage. Depending on Google's Consent Mode behavior and configuration, limited cookieless measurement signals may still be processed for modeling or aggregate measurement.

7. Service Providers and Sharing

We share information only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Current website providers can include Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads), Meta, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Turnstile, together with hosting, email or communication services used to operate the site and respond to requests.

If you choose an external communication or social link, such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X or YouTube, that service receives information according to its own terms and privacy practices once you leave our website or interact with its service.

Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, protect users or the public, or respond to valid legal process.

8. Data Retention

We use retention periods that support legitimate business, security and performance-comparison needs without keeping personal information indefinitely.

  • Google Analytics: our live configuration is intended to use the 14-month user/event data retention setting so that year-over-year and medium-term performance comparisons remain possible. Standard aggregated reports may be available for longer because Google's retention control primarily affects user-level and event-level data used in explorations.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Microsoft currently documents 30-day retention for playback data and up to 9 months for click/heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions.
  • Advertising platforms: Google Ads and Meta retain advertising and reporting data according to their own platform settings and policies. We use campaign data for measurement, attribution and comparison only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
  • Unconverted enquiries: we normally aim to review and remove or anonymize enquiry information that is no longer needed, with a working business target of up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction unless a longer period is justified.
  • Active or completed projects: project, payment, accounting and contractual records may be kept for longer where needed for service history, dispute handling, tax, accounting or legal obligations.
  • WhatsApp promotional subscriptions: subscription details may be kept until you withdraw, the subscription service is discontinued, or the information is no longer reasonably required. Evidence of consent or withdrawal may be kept where necessary to demonstrate compliance.

Provider-controlled retention can change. We review material changes when they affect this policy or the way visitor data is handled.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the website and information being handled. These measures are intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss or disclosure.

No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information through forms or communication channels.

10. International Processing

Because the website is available worldwide and some service providers operate internationally, information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, the relevant provider or processing arrangement should use appropriate transfer mechanisms.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about how your personal data is used.

You can reject non-essential analytics and advertising choices through the site's consent interface and, once implemented on the live site, reopen Cookie Settings to change those choices. If you subscribed to optional WhatsApp promotional updates, you can withdraw by replying STOP or using another withdrawal method we make available.

We may need enough information to understand and verify a request before acting on it. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or another lawful basis applies.

12. Children's Privacy

3D Logo Maker is intended primarily for businesses, startups, professionals and people seeking design or educational resources. We do not knowingly design the site to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when website functionality, service providers, consent requirements, legal requirements or our information practices change. The revision date should be updated whenever a material change is published.

Adding or materially changing a tag that introduces analytics, advertising, profiling, conversion tracking, local storage, cookies or another non-essential technology should trigger a review of this Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy as part of the same implementation process.

14. Contact Us

If you have a privacy question, a request about your information, or a concern about this policy, please use the Contact page.
