Do I need a complete design brief before contacting you?
No. Share the essentials you already know. The additional project questions are optional, and anything still unclear can be discussed later over WhatsApp, email or a scheduled call.
Can you redesign an existing logo without losing brand recognition?
Yes. For established brands, the enquiry form asks what should stay recognizable and what is no longer working so the redesign conversation can begin with the right context.
What files can I upload with my enquiry?
You can optionally attach your current logo, brief or relevant references in PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG, AI or EPS format. Upload limits are enforced for security and reliability.

Can we discuss the project on WhatsApp or a call?

What does copyright-ready mean?
Copyright-ready refers to a custom design workflow and appropriate production files and supporting information intended to make ownership documentation and formal registration preparation easier. It does not guarantee approval by a copyright or trademark authority.
What happens to the information I send through the contact form?
We use it to review and respond to your enquiry, take requested pre-contract or project steps, prevent abuse and manage any project that follows. This contact form does not add you to promotional marketing lists. Optional details and files are processed only if you choose to provide them.
