Cookies Policy

This policy explains the cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies used or configured by 3D Logo Maker, how worldwide consent choices affect non-essential technologies, and how you can change those choices.

Last updated: 30 September 2026

Current live-stack position

3D Logo Maker uses Google Tag Manager as the deployment layer for Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement/remarketing, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the project enquiry form. Our consent design applies a worldwide baseline: non-essential analytics and advertising storage is denied by default until the visitor makes the relevant choice.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Cookies Policy applies to 3dlogomaker.com and should be read with our Privacy Policy. It covers cookies, local storage, pixels, tags and similar technologies used for website operation, preferences, analytics, advertising, conversion measurement and security.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website or service can store on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, scripts, tags and browser identifiers. They can support website settings, analytics, attribution, advertising and security.

Not every feature uses a cookie, and not every tag writes browser storage. The exact behavior depends on the service, the visitor's consent choices and provider configuration.

3. Technology Categories and Current Status

CategoryCurrent statusPurposeConsent approach
Necessary / securityActive where requiredCore delivery, consent-choice storage, site settings requested by the visitor, and protection of the contact form.Used where necessary to provide or protect a requested website function.
PreferencesActive on user choiceRemembers interface choices such as the selected visual theme.Stored when you actively choose a setting; you can clear it through browser storage controls.
AnalyticsConfigured / consent-controlledMeasures traffic, engagement, performance and usability through Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity.Denied by default and enabled only when the relevant analytics consent choice permits it.
Marketing / advertisingConfigured / consent-controlledSupports Google Ads and Meta campaign measurement, conversion attribution and remarketing.Denied by default and enabled only when the relevant advertising consent choice permits it.

4. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is the site's central tag-management layer. GTM does not by itself determine whether analytics or advertising storage is permitted; the individual tags and consent signals do.

Our intended live consent configuration sets analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization to denied by default for non-essential processing. After you make a choice, the relevant signals are updated.

Google Consent Mode note:

If you deny analytics or advertising storage, Google tags are instructed not to use the corresponding storage. Depending on Google's Consent Mode behavior and configuration, limited cookieless signals may still be processed for modeled or aggregate measurement.

5. Current Technology Inventory

Service / storageCategoryPurposeConsent & retention notes
First-party consent preferenceNecessaryRemembers your cookie/consent choices so the site can apply them on later pages and visits.Necessary for honoring your choice; retained until changed, expired under the implemented consent logic, or cleared in your browser.
Theme preference (local storage)PreferencesRemembers the light, paper or dark theme you selected.Written when you choose a theme and remains until changed or browser storage is cleared.
Google Tag ManagerTag managementLoads and manages approved website tags.GTM is the deployment layer; storage behavior depends on the tags it runs.
Google Analytics 4AnalyticsPage views, engagement, outbound interactions, form-related measurement and custom events.Runs under analytics consent. Google Analytics may use first-party identifiers such as the _ga family when analytics storage is allowed. Our policy target is 14 months for GA4 user/event-level retention.
Google Ads / Google tag / Conversion Linker / RemarketingMarketing / advertisingCampaign attribution, conversion measurement and remarketing.Runs under advertising consent signals. Google may use advertising/click identifiers such as _gcl_* when permitted; provider-side reporting retention is governed by Google Ads settings and policies.
Meta PixelMarketing / advertisingMeta campaign measurement, attribution and remarketing.Loaded only after the relevant advertising consent requirements are satisfied. Meta-controlled identifiers and retention follow Meta's platform settings and policies.
Microsoft ClarityAnalyticsHeatmaps, interaction analytics, diagnostics and session playback.Enabled only after the relevant consent requirements are satisfied. Clarity can use identifiers including _clck and _clsk. Microsoft currently documents 30-day retention for playback data and up to 9 months for click/heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions.
Cloudflare TurnstileNecessary / securityHelps protect the project enquiry form from bots and abuse.Used as a security control for the requested form function. Cloudflare may process technical and security signals required to provide the challenge and verification service.

Provider cookie names and durations can change as services evolve. We avoid inventing identifiers that are not observed or documented and review the live inventory when the implementation changes.

6. Third-Party Services and External Links

Our current measurement and security stack includes Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers may process data on infrastructure outside your country according to their own privacy terms and the configuration we use.

External links such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube do not become active tracking tags merely because the links are displayed. When you click an external service, that service can receive information under its own terms once you interact with it.

8. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage. Clearing browser storage may also remove saved theme and consent preferences, causing the site to ask for your choices again.

Blocking all browser storage can affect features that rely on necessary or preference storage.

9. Retention and Performance Comparison

We need enough historical information to compare website and campaign performance over time, but we do not intend to keep user-level data indefinitely.

  • GA4: the live property should use the 14-month user/event data retention setting. Google notes that this setting affects user-level and event-level data used in explorations, while standard aggregated reports may remain available beyond that period.
  • Clarity: Microsoft currently documents 30-day playback retention and up to 9 months for click/heatmap data and labeled or favorited sessions.
  • Advertising platforms: Google Ads and Meta reporting and identifier retention follow their own platform settings and policies. We use that information for campaign measurement and performance comparison only as long as reasonably necessary.
  • Consent and preference storage: retained only as needed to remember your choices, until changed, expired by the implemented logic, or cleared in your browser.

10. Changes to This Cookies Policy

We may update this policy when website functionality, provider behavior, consent requirements, cookie names, retention rules or our use of analytics and advertising technologies changes. The revision date is updated when a material change is published.
