Can you create a 3D logo and a practical flat version?
Yes, when that approach suits the project. A dimensional or 3D treatment should not be the only version the identity depends on, so we can consider a clean flat expression for everyday digital, print and small-format use.
Will my logo work on websites, social media, print and packaging?
We consider where the identity needs to work before finalization. Depending on scope, that can include different backgrounds, smaller sizes, monochrome use, useful configurations and dimensional presentation where appropriate.
What logo files will I receive after approval?
Final delivery depends on the agreed scope and can include vector master artwork, appropriate logo variations, colour information, typography or licensing information where relevant, and supporting documentation. Final assets are released after completion and cleared final payment.
How long does a custom logo usually take?
Standard logo projects typically take about 3–5 days after order acceptance. 3D, dimensional or more complex work commonly takes around 5–10 days, depending on scope, complexity and client communication.
Can I give feedback while my logo is being designed?
Yes. The process is collaborative rather than a single surprise reveal. We share meaningful development stages so you can discuss the direction and provide input before finalization.
Can you redesign or modernize an existing logo?
Yes. A logo revamp can preserve useful recognition while improving clarity, proportions, flexibility or presentation where appropriate. We first discuss what should remain and what actually needs to change.
Can you prepare a logo for a trademark-registration workflow?
We can prepare clean, consistent identity artwork and supporting design information that may be useful in a formal registration workflow. We do not guarantee trademark availability, classification or acceptance; those decisions remain with the relevant authority and, where appropriate, your legal adviser.
Does the first-time offer apply if I need two or three logos?
